Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
Europe: 7-15 business days
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We offer several shipping options, including standard and express delivery.
Order Tracking

COSYAP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
